Nick leads FourCentric’s advanced manufacturing sector and has more than 25 years of consulting experience across aerospace and defence, automotive and industrial manufacturing.
He helps organisations improve operational performance, supply chains and manufacturing operations, with expertise spanning transformation, industrialisation, operational technology and value chain optimisation. His experience includes working with leading global organisations including Rolls-Royce, GKN, Airbus, Safran, MBDA and Meggitt, helping clients deliver sustainable improvements across complex manufacturing and engineering environments in both the public and private sectors.
Darren Blackburn
Partner 4C Associates
Darren is a partner at 4C Associates with extensive commercial and procurement experience across aerospace and defence, government and complex public sector programmes.
He began his career at BAE Systems, supporting major procurements for the Astute submarine programme and F-35. Since moving into consulting, he has worked across central government, local government and private sector organisations, leading large-scale transformation, cost reduction and commercial improvement programmes. He has also supported the Cabinet Office Complex Transactions Team and worked closely with the MOD and wider defence sector to deliver complex commercial outcomes.
