This leading UK defence organisation plays a vital role in national defence and security, requiring agile, compliant, and technically sound procurement to support its research, development, materials, and equipment (RDME) portfolio.
4C was engaged to provide embedded procurement delivery support across three strategic category teams.

The organisation faced a growing and complex procurement pipeline spanning more than ten technical categories, including laboratory equipment, explosives and academic research.
