A leading food manufacturer with bakeries across North America.
The manufacturer needed to strengthen contract compliance and governance acrosssites. With contracts managed in spreadsheets, the business lacked visibility, consistency, and control. EBIT’s contract management software and Procure4’s procurement expertise — both part of the FourCentric group — were brought in to help the business gain oversight during a period of organisational restructuring.

The client sought to move from manual tracking to a centralised contract management system — a daunting shift given the volume and complexity of legacy agreements. EBIT was engaged to lead the system implementation, while Procure4 provided additional capacity and insight to support the indirect procurement team in a fast-paced, multi-site operation
SOLUTION
EBIT successfully onboarded all existing contracts and flagged gaps where agreements were missing or expired.
