BACKGROUND
A major UK government department overseeing energy security and Net Zero programmes, together with its arm’s-length bodies (ALBs), needed surge capacity to meet the demands of fast-moving policy and grant delivery.
With critical schemes launching at pace, the department required a partner who could provide flexible commercial capability, leadership, and compliance assurance.
